Advisor provides advice and assistance to customers to maximize the likelihood of a sale. You will be responsible for a variety of
duties that pertain to creating an attractive environment for customers.
SafeHealth provides excellent sales training which makes you energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills.
The Training Provides you to acquire thorough knowledge of the company’s products and pass that knowledge to customers
along with a great deal of enthusiasm.
Responsibilities :
1. Approach customers online / offline and offer them advice on products and to persuade them to buy
2. Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise
3. Locate products on behalf of customers
4. Deal with complaints in a patient and helpful mannerv
5. Take and record orders through a computer system / mobile app or in person or over the phone/e-mail
6. Update customer information in databases
7. Go the “extra mile” to meet targets
8. Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
9. Patient and comfortable dealing with complaints
